Warrender Meet
Each year, Warrender hosts its Annual Meet, at which young age group swimmers from all over Scotland come to take part acros two days of exciting competition. The meet usually takes place near the end of March, at the Carnegie Leisure Centre in Dunfermline. The 2007 Warrender Meet was held on 24-25 March. Read on below for more details...
2007 Warrender Annual Open Meet
The 2007 Warrender Meet is now over and once again proved to be a great success. Many thanks go to all the officials and helpers who made the weekend run so smoothly. And a big thank you to all our sponsors and other supporters without who's help we could not have managed without. Early indications show that the meet has helped raise several thousand pounds for club funds.
Over 350 swimmers from clubs throughout Scotland took part in the event, producing some outstanding competition and fantastically exciting races. City of Glasgow held a firm lead in the Top Club competition on Day 1 after a series of excellent performances from their 9 and 10 year old swimmers. Host club Warrender were back in 5th place after Day 1 but put in a superb effort on Day 2 to move up the rankings and claim the top spot at the end of the competition.

2008 Warrender Annual Open Meet
Warrender is hosting its 2008 Annual Age Group Meet on 29-30th March at the Carnegie Leisure Centre in Dunfermline.
Young swimmers from clubs throughout the country will descend on the former Scottish capital for a weekend of exciting racing. Saturday 29th sees the 9/unders and 10 year olds take to the water, while the 11 and 12 year old swimmers compete on Sunday 30th. The range of events for all age groups includes 50 metres of each stroke, plus the 100m I.M. and 200m Freestyle.
