Warrender swimmers continue to impress at Scottish Age GroupsDay 2 of the Scottish National Age Group Championships in Glasgow saw the strong Warrender contingent pick up where they left off on Day 1 with a string of high quality performances. The Girls 14-17 years 4x100 Medley team of Rosie Hood, Emily McQueen, Camille Brash and Katelyn Stewart rounded off a successful day with victory in 4:33.12. Other gold medal winning swims came from Oliver Bitowt (Boys 10-12 yrs 200m Backstroke), Craig McNally (Boys 15 yrs 200m Backstroke), Ross Woolley (Boys 16-18 yrs 400m IM), and Craig Benson (Boys 13 yrs) 100m Butterfly.
Also reaching the podium for silver or bronze medal winning swims were: Ewan Johnston (Boys 16-18 yrs 200m Backstroke), Sally Wood (Girls 16-18 yrs 200m Freestyle), Oliver Bitowt (Boys 10-12 yrs 100m Butterfly), Craig McNally (Boys 15 yrs 400m IM), Marnie Stewart (Girls 15 yrs 800m Freestyle), Helen McRobers (Girls 16-18 yrs 800m Freestyle) and the Boys 15-18 yrs 4x100 Freestyle relay team of Craig Hamilton, Callum Shaw, Ben Hui and Ewan Johnston.
At the half way point of the meet, Warrender remained in the lead of the top club points total.
