Eighteen swimmers from the club's Junior National Squad have just returned from Club La Santa in Lanzarote where they completed a successful one week warm weather training camp.  Under the guidance of Coach Laurel Bailey, and Team Manager Derek Small, the newly tanned swimmers were put through their paces in twelve gruelling pool and five tough land training sessions at one of Europe's premier sports training venues.  Coach Bailey praised every swimmer on the trip for their superb commitment and hard working attitude throughout the week and although they are all quite tired just now, she is expecting the rewards come to fruition with some fast swims at the Scottish Age Group Championships in April.
