Warrender celebrates successful 2007

Warrender members turned out in force Saturday to celebrate the club's achievements at the Annual Awards Night held at the Orwell Lodge Hotel.  The night sees the presentation of the various overall trophies for boys and girls in each age group from performances at the Club Championships in September and October.  In addition, water polo awards are announced, along with a range of special awards for various other achievements.

Fiona Booth, and Lewis Smith were awarded the Top Overall Female and Male swimmers of the Club Championships, with Lewis also winning the Centenary Cup for his selection to the Great Britain European Short Course Team.  Gail Smith was awarded the Harrison Trophy for her contribution to the club throughout the year, whilst Calum McGregor and Ross Woolley were the Senior and Junior Water Polo Players of the Year.
