Smith heads to Ireland and Florida for training 4 Nov 2007
Senior international swimmer Lewis Smith heads to Ireland this week as part of his training build up for the Trials for the 2008 Olympic Team. Lewis will spend one week undergoing some intensive coaching at the 50m pool in Limerick with his coach Ian Wright. He will then fly out to Gainesville, Florida to spend two weeks training with the elite University of Florida team before returning to the UK at the end of the month to finalise his preparations for the European Short Course Championships in December.
