The recent publication of the qualifying times for the 2008 Great Britain Olympic Trials already sees no less than eleven Warrender swimmers who have achieved the required criteria.  This is an incredible number for a regular swimming club and unlikely to be matched by others with the exception of national or regional performance centre programmes.  However, there is still some time to go yet before the entry deadline and so hopefully we can add a few more to the eleven current qualifiers by the time the meet comes around in April.  The swimmers who have already qualified are:

Men: Lewis Smith, Billy Purnell, Ewan Johnston, Andrew Haslett, Kyle Goodfellow, Ross Woolley
Women: Fiona Booth, Sally Wood, Rosie Hood, Jennifer Dobson, Yasmin Khera
