Craig Benson has had a very hectic summer! After success at the European Junior Championships in Belgrade in July, Benson is once again representing Great Britain; this time in Peru, where he is swimming at the 3rd FINA World Junior Championships.

Benson has today contested the heats (1:03.47, 8th) and semi finals (1:02.58, 4th) of his favoured event, the 100 Breaststroke, and will swim in the final tomorrow night.

Over the course of the six day meet, the Scottish Institute of Sport swimmer will also take part in the 50m and 200m Breaststroke events.
