British Age Group Record for Benson on Day 3Warrender Performance Squad swimmers, Dan Wallace and Craig Benson, continue to perform outstandingly at the European Junior Championships in Belgrade.
On the second day of competition Wallace swam the semi finals of the Men's 200 IM, setting a new personal best time of 2:01.61 to qualify him in first place for tonight's final. The time was almost a full two seconds inside Wallace's previous lifetime best, putting him in a great position to challenge for a medal in the final.
After a day of rest, team mate Craig Benson was back in the pool racing in the Men's 50m Breaststroke heats. Benson smashed his previous best time and the 17 year old British Age Group Record, proceeding to the semi finals in 4th place with a time of 28.88.
