Training update for 1st December 2010:

Performance Squad - Ainslie Park Leisure Centre 4-7pm (or whenever you can make it)
Junior National and Age Group Squad - Ainslie Park Leisure Centre 7-8:30pm

ALL OTHER SQUADS CANCELLED

2nd December 2010:

At this stage the following training sessions are planned:
Performance Squad - Ainslie Park Leisure Centre 6-8am and 4-7pm (or whenever you can make it)

Junior National and Age Group Squad - Portobello Swim Centre 5:45-7:45pm (Please check with your coach before attending this session in case Portobello Swim Centre closes)

D+ at Merchiston as usual.

ALL OTHER SQUADS CANCELLED

At this stage Craigroyston High School, Currie High School, Forrester High School and Leith Academy have all announced that they will be closed to all external lets until Sunday 5th December due to the severe weather.
