Thirteen swimmers from National Squad participated in the Scottish National Squads Christmas training camp in Stirling over the holidays.  Living and training in Stirling for 5 days from 26-31 December the swimmers completed 9 pool and up to 5 land work outs during their stay.  Most of the group swam between 50-60 km during this time and this should have served as very useful fitness work over the period.  The squad is resting up this week prior to the Scottish Championships but will then be back into hard training prior to several other meets coming up including the Scottish Schools finals, East District Championships and British University Championships.
