The heats on Day 3 consisted of only 3 events, with the Warrender Boys contesting the 200 Backstroke.  Callum Shaw posted a time of 2:11.58, Craig McNally 2:13.42. Andrew Haslett 2:06.21 and Billy Purnell 2:04.52.

In the finals action, Lewis Smith added to his medal haul, once again claiming silver, this time in the final of the 200 IM.  Smith swam a life best time of 2:01.05.  Billy Purnell also contested the IM final, finishing 6th in 2:06.04.  Purnell later swam the semi final of the 200 Backstroke finishing 16th in 2:07.75.  Fiona Booth finished 7th in the Breastroke final in a lifetime best time of 1:11.49.
